Join us on August 25 for the Art & Cheese Reception at Okapi World Art Gallery. We are excited to feature Beeswax Candle Art.
A candlelit room evokes feelings of home & hearth, calmness, romance, and just a touch of mystery.
For centuries, candle makers have prized beeswax as the highest quality wax available. Beeswax is produced by the incredibly industrious honey bee, not by man. It is a sustainable, eco-friendly product which is harvested alongside honey. It does not release toxins and in fact, releases negative ions which help to cleanse the air. Candle Designer, Kelly Marciano, is dedicated to bringing luxury and joy into your home. Kelly’s creativity is inspired by a lifelong study of fine art, from Renaissance to Pop Culture, as well as a deep love of crafts, the joy they bring, and the stories they tell.

Join us on July 28 for the Art & Cheese Reception at Okapi World Art Gallery. We are excited to feature the works of Alessia Grazzani.
Alessia Grazzani’s strictly unique pieces of bright multi-coloured micro-collage, composed by hundreds if not thousands of pieces of vintage comics glued to canvas, can be defined as a kind of reversed Pointillism in which the viewer acquires a more precise perception of the work by moving nearer to it, rather than stepping away from it. At a closer look the almost film-like sequence of the characters’ different expressions spiraling and anchoring to mysterious drawings are extremely captivating; a compelling bedlam of cheerful energy which creates a party-like atmosphere.
